Now booking vendors that want to showcase their handmade crafts, gifts and/or services. Trunk-or-Treat, Rock Painting and Grilling out will also be happening. Booth spaces are limited.

Sellers are allowed to check in at 11 AM. EARLIER SET UPS ARE NOT PERMITTED. This is an outdoor show held rain or shine. Bring your own tent or protective covering. This is on asphalt surface, therefore tent stakes are not allowed. CONFIRMATION WITH MAP AND BOOTH SPACE WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL AS THE EVENT APPROACHES.

BRING YOUR OWN POWER SOURCE, IF YOU NEED ONE. THERE ARE NO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AVAILABLE FOR USE.

VENDORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE EVENT EARLY. This poses a number of safety concerns and causes confusion among attendees and other vendors.

The Awakening Collective is not responsible for any lost, broken, or stolen items while participating in the event. We reserve the right to limit menu selections to encourage a variety and prevent overlap. We cannot guarantee specific spaces/locations for vendors. 

Submission of this registration does not guarantee vendor approval. Upon approval, you will receive an invoice and contact from The Awakening Collective via email. By signing and submitting this form, it indicates your acceptance and agreement to the terms and conditions stated above.
